  Get a VKAT Grant

VKAT grant applications are granted to schools, hospitals, community health education groups, home health agencies, local offices of the Vermont Department of Health, Girl and Boy Scouts, 4 H Clubs, faith communities, teen/youth centers, and young people  serving in agencies working with youth in grades 5th-8th. Each group must have an adult advisor who has experience working with young people and be able to take on the responsibilities of a VKAT Team.

VKAT grants will go out in the winter of 2009.

If you would like to receive an application to start a VKAT site in your area or to find out more information, please contact Kelsi Powers at (802) 863-8451 or at Programs@gmppvt.org.  Thank you for your interest.

Reports
The Year End reports along with the Year End Tally sheet are important ways for your VKAT group to review all its past year activities. It's also a great way to see where improvement can happen for the next school year. Don't forget to include newspaper articles, pictures or other media of your VKAT team when you send your reports, you never know when they may be used in future press releases or to highlight on the website. These forms are also used to report back to our funding sources.
